Sir, If an employee completed 3 years of service under one employer where he had EPF, After that he resigned form the job and had 2 years of gap and joined in a new company. and contributed to EPF. In total he had 10 years of service. Is he eligible for pension.

If the total contributing service is 10 years, then he will be eligible for pension. In order to get it, the member has to submit the Scheme certificate or has to link the different services by transferring from one account to another so that the accumulated service will be made available.
