I have received escalations on my work from my client. I have been trying, but I am not able to cope. I cannot work at this place now and i want to resign as the work i was doing was very tiring and stressful. When I resign from my work, will HR mention all the escalations in my service certificate after resigning? And if yes, how can i avoid this negative comment.
