Respected Seniors,

I am really looking for an Human Resource Course in which i can learn everything (To be on the top of HRM) and get trained in Human Resource Activities. Would appreciate if you suggest any online or offline platform for this. Moreover, i may suggest that platform to my company to get its company's employees trained.

You will become a master in Human Resources by facing situations. If you work with an establishment which has least attrition, you will not learn how to recruit and find suitable replacement. If you not have disputes and trade unions to take up the issues, you will not learn anything of Industrial Disputes Act. Some persons would prefer to join organisations without Unions. They will end up as an HR clerk. in my experiences, I would say that only situations make us perfect or at least teach us how to deal with the situations. Bigger organisations have bigger challenges and that is why those who have worked with bigger companies will be preferred when a choice to hire an experienced HR is made. It is quite normal that when a Doctor is facing an interview, he will be asked a question about his previous hospital with reference to the number of beds and a surgeon will be asked about the number of major surgeries undertaken. Often an HR person will be asked about the strength of his company and also the strikes that he had faced!!!

Hi,

The best way to learn everything in HR is to do work practically right from Recruitment to Exit interview in all areas. When you involve practically you will know the nuances of each area more vividly. Courses are just like entry ticket to Organizations.
