Dear All
I am working with one Software company at pune , as all aware attrition rate in IT is very high , in our company situation is same , i wanted to give notice to the employees those who have left the organization while under bond agreement, can some body guide how to deal with such situatuion & please send me format of the letter to be given to the employees leaving under such condition.

I will be glad to send you the format if it would work.
We have tried out all these in a s/w company but doesn't help.
We have seeked legal help too but found that a bond is of no help in retaining people and basically nothing can be done in the event of they leaving before the bond period.
Yes, if you have mentioned any damages (relative to training) in the appointment / offer letter and the employee leaves during the training period then you may claim that amount from him and nothing further.
So, it's better to face the fact and seek out other means of retention.

Thanks for your reply my major intention is not to retain those who have given notice or who have left but to create deterrence in the minds of others regarding the same so they will be aware that management is decided to take an action thats it.
if you have any format plz send it to me & also as you have mentioned that you have tried at your end so can you just give me the guidelines that how you r doing to retain such employees or to retain employees in general?
