There is hardly any state where the basic salary of workers will change every year. That happens once in five years and even it may go beyond five years. That depends on separate notifications issued. Generally basic wages is revised once in five years and normally it may extend beyond that. The changes in the VDA has been notified and is available in citehr itself. Please find it.

Thanks for the information, but i have found Basic salary revision G.O. for last tow years 20-21 and 22-23, that’s what i have doubt on it G.O. (2D) No:43 - 22-23 G.O. (2D) No:17 - 20-21
