So- some of you who must have read the first part of this post (Part one) must have been thinking about the back to future- and future module itself! ( shape of things to come)

This hot dusking phenomena module will lead to imprecations for Human resources management, as business strategy and leadership skills will change- with the change of work environment. The discussions, results will be all "anonymous" decisions as no one will know who pressed which key? When and Why?

This style of functioning will upset several old style the so called test and tried traditional ways. Even your old family photograph can be looking at you from the screen saver or on job password- increased shrinking will led to non -productive thinking.

The system culture of this team oriented management will also lead to unintended consequences with too much login and log outs. Forget about office gossip and grapevine as each one will be just ready file inner thoughts- save-.

The objective, goals of the company will be well connected by that single ONE desk equipment with modems employees might just sit at home and bounce ideas at each other. ( watch out this era is not far!)

The virtual HRD, will be threat for the HR manager himself, not trainers like me and you ( sob sob) It will be cur tens for the Learning and development staff- as this little system/equipment is smarter and folks is not very charitable which will be programmed to upset many traditional ways of requirements.

Thanks to Joseph W Harder to Pennsylvania university I might echo " I have a feeling now that it is no longer my life fitting into my work,but my work fitting into my life"!!

Yes, WORK is no longer a place...... but a process!
