Once form 19 and form 10c settled of pf account. The contactor got the contract again and the pf submitted it the same account in which the claim applied (form10candform19). Problem is that when I claim for advance the claim get rejected by the concerned pf Office. Please kindly suggest what to do to access and get advance.

Hi, Once exit date is marked and PF claim is settled the same PF account cannot be used. The contractor should have allotted new PF number for the new credit.

Employer to write a letter to PF about wrong credit of PF in the closed Account and request them to transfer to new account. Also employee can check in the UAN login whether transfer option available. But mostly it won't be available.

The letter to PF office should be from your employer ( contractor) saying that PF contribution is wrongly credited to old closed account and request them to transfer the money to new PF account no. Since the contribution is credited wrongly by employer they are supposed to write the letter and not you.
