Hey I am pursuing MBA in HR now after a year I have realized that I am interested in the field of HR analytics , how should I go about it and from where do I learn these softwares?

HR Analytics is one subskill of HR. I downloaded all articles relating to HR Analytics and made a presentation to the Faculty members of an MBA School. Check SHRM website whether they conduct an online certificate course.
