Contract labor license will be issued by the Contract Labor directorate of the State not by the PE. PE will be issued Form-V and the contractor will approach to the concerned authority to get the license.
Half yearly return to be submitted by the Contractor to the appropriate authority not the Factory office or Shops and Establishments office.
