Lessor and Lessee being same group Companies there is no need for a elaborate legal agreement as no third party is involved. If you are having Legal Team you can seek their assistance.
If you are having any related normal lease template you may use the same. Please ensure the Agreement should contain:
Lessor Company details represented by
Lessee Company details represented by
Details of Lease premises
Details of monthly rent
consumption of electricity and water payment directly to the concerned authorities regularly without default within the
due date in additions to the aforesaid rent.
