My previous employer IBM has put my last working Day in IBM as 28th of November, however it was 28th of October in my EPF portal. The experience also they had put 28th of November, but I got them to correct and have recieved the updated one. They are not making any changes in the PF portal. Now the next company I want to switch in is saying that I have been moonlighting for 1 month, as from 28th Oct I had joined a new company. They are not considering my relieving letter.

Official relieving letter from the previous employer is the authentic proof for proper relieving and relieving date. If your current employer is not accepting the same, try to get a certify letter from your past employer certifying your LWD with them and submit the same with the current employer.
