I had worked in an IT company for 2 years from May 2007, but declared absconding and was terminated by the company in Mar 2009. I was unwell and was not able to get this done as per there timelines and my manager didn't cooperate at that time. I had contacted the company physically on various occasions to get FNF done later. Also, I tried in 2015 lastly thru emails. But they didn't respond then. I restarted my career in different domain after that. But recently I had started my career again in IT and working there for 2 years. Now I got offer letters from some big companies. will that impact my BGV in the future organizations?
