Hi, Here the help me for Variable Pay Salary Structure. NTH is 11K. Please help me out and provide me Salary structure as per 11K NTH.

You are interested to determine net take home ( NTH) salary 11K per month. My suggestions are as follows :-
1. Based on your industry, skill category of the employee and after determination of Zone - A OR B - find out the minimum wages.
2. In WB there is 5% HRA on Basic & DA is to be paid as per HRA Act,
3. Then deduct PF contribution, ESI contribution & PTAX if any.
4. You will arrive the NTH.
The organization has to comply Minimum wages, PF, ESI etc. at the time of determining the NTH.
