Sir. i have 10 years experience in one of the private oranization,by using this 10 yeras experience i was selected one of PSU Recently on 7th nov 2022
while joining time i was shared my pending job applicationS status to the PSU,after joining 2 months i got interview call for another PSU ,which was applied before join in PSU. Now for attending the interview i need NOC from PSU,but what Present working PSU HR told that during probation period we will not give any noc ?
what should i do for getting noc for present working PSU?
can i attended interview without noc because i have my experience certificate with me (private organization exp certificate)?
can i teel the interviwer same thing this is the reason i was not submmited my noc ?

As you have mentioned that- PSU HR told that during probation period we will not give any noc ?
Please discuss with HR personnel to show it in writing if they have mentioned it anywhere.
If you will follow the exit procedure then they can't do like this.
I would suggest you to pls go through your appointment letter T&c.
