CIRCULAR
Sub : Unauthorized leave / regular late coming
It is observed from the Attendance records that some of the employees are in the habit of coming late to office regularly and few other employees are following the pattern of unauthorized leave. This is totally against the rules and regulations applicable to this Company.
For employees who are late to office, unless approved by Managers, for more than 2 occasions half a day leave or salary will be deducted (LOP).
Please note that all your leave records and “ In & Out “ timings are monitored closely and any deviation will be dealt with seriously.
