OK, the short answer to this is No. There is no samples of training modules etc, etc.
Every organisation is different, every organisation has different training requirements, based on their people, their business sector, the work they do, etc, etc.
You have told us exactly nothing in regard to this question. Refer back to your Training Needs Analysis where you determined what training is needed by your staff, and build your training modules from that. If you do not have the necessary skills, then you will need to outsource the building of the training modules to an external training contractor. There are members here on CiteHR who can help you in that regards.
