As per Maternity Benefits Act, the eligibility to get maternity leave is 80 days whereas you will be completing barely 37 days or even fewer days of service. Therefore, unfortunately you lose eligibility to get this leave.

You are not eligible to get maternity benefit because as per the maternity Act, to be eligible for maternity benefit, a woman must have been working as an employee in an establishment for a period of at least 80 days in the past 12 months. You can apply leave and it will consider LWP.
