Asian HR Board provides two certification programs:

Fellowship Program is for people having more than 4 years experience in HR. It helps them to be a change leader and put an impact on development of HR. Fellows in this program have high experiences and reflect all aspects of contemporary and intellectual professional thought and activity in Human Resources. It involves 11 certification courses, along with various live projects which helps them link their learning to the practical application in various organizations. their support in the publication work helps in impacting HR society at a broad stage. The members associated in such batches hold various strategic positions in different companies like Infosys, Maruti, Reliance, LG etc.

Similarly Licentiate program is more focussed towards people with 0-4 yrs. experience which helps them to become specialists in various domains like comp & ben, L&D etc. by providing them 6 courses at subsidized prices. AHRB puts an effort to help HR professionals strengthen their business skills and abilities to complement their HR expertise.
these members are also a part of various advocacy activities like blog participation, HR event conduction. AHRB operates these programs in Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bangalore. There are JUST 10-15 seats available for each course in every location.
