I want to know I am working in company as DET but after complet tranning I don't get any confirmation or provisional.I till work in company and my salary is same which I get in det.There are 5 month u work in company After tranning period is completed.

If the company is not confirming you after training period just resign from there after serving proper notice period and look for suitable job. Why you want to take legal action against company. Company may have reasons like unsatisfactory performance.. Do a self analysis on your performance and find out where you need to improve.
