What is the time limit / period to issue Form XIV Employment Card (Rule 76) and Form XIX Wage Slip (Rule 78(1)(b)) to workmen under The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 and the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971 and Factories Act-1948 Andhra Pradesh State.
How can we maintain office copy (O/C) for issuing Form XIV Employment Card (Rule 76) and Form XIX Wage Slip (Rule 78(1)(b)) to workmen.
Please clarify above things.
