I was part of company A untill may29 2021. However i joined company B on May 21 and very next day after realizing that it might create issue in future i informed the recruiter of B that i will not be joining B but by that time my employee id was already created. I didn't bothered at that time thinking since i have told them that i will not be joining so they will close my account.

Later post 29th may i joined company C where i gave the releaving letter of A and didn't disclosed anything about company C as i thought it was just for a day and this would not be an issue.

Now i have put my resignation in Company C and just before a week of my last working day i got an email stating that an enquiry has been set up against you for hiding facts and for dual appointment. I did put all the details to the enquiry team but they are saying this could lead to your termination.

Could someone please suggest what needs to be done.
