My brother got campus selected from MBA college in Cognizant (2021-23 batch)
He was having 4 years gap which he already mentioned while filling the form.His resume got shortlisted for the interview.
While interviewing the HR didnt asked him for his gap, and it went fine.
Now hes worried if in background verification , the team will check the gap ? or only the doecuments which we will submit ?
My question is since the HRs have shortlisted and selected him on the basis of his performance , does in verification anyone can question him regarding gap?
