For a start the Newsletter appears good.
You may want to look at making the sections on new employees and employee birthdays and anniversary more personal. The reader should should know something about the person and for the person it is good platform to get recognized with something positive on the occasion.

Dear Soumya,
Yes, I suggest that you must mention the designation of new joinees.
Let it be a transparent culture.

This could be planned as internal journal by collecting articles from Staffs and published 2 months once or 3 months once.
In fact, I tried to do like in my earlier organisation. But to be frank, with the work load we hava already, it is difficult to feed the information for New letter also. I am not discouring, but in long run, we should be able to deliver material .
All the best.
