We want to start lunch 1 pm to 2 pm of . Please guide me about the rules of Lunch Time schedule policy.
EL/ PL-These are also known as privilege leave and this can be carry forward.
CL- Can not be carried forward nor is encashable.

alok-singh1Yes absolutely you can, and the SL balance at the end of each year carries over to the next year but this may vary from Company to company (30-60 days)
