Subsequently, on June 14, 2016, Chiranjiv Charitable Trust submitted a closure application to the EPFO office. In the application, it was mentioned that the trust had donated Chiranjiv Bharati School to DPSG. DPSG had issued a continuation of service letter to the school's employees on April 1, 2016. Based on the same letter, the services of Chiranjiv Bharati School employees were terminated without prior notice.

According to the EPFO and labor laws, the validity of this action is in question. Could you kindly provide information and share any relevant documents for reference?
