Dear members, I worked as a manager in a company for 9 months. my involuntary resignation was Done. The company made me resign by telling FI of 500/-. After 2 months Company sent my F&F. But My Relieving Latter was Not Send By Company. Because of this, I have to join the position of another company I face trouble. I also talked to the HR manager or the zonal HR team. But he says that those who have involuntary resignation cannot be given relief.

Can a company spoil the future of a former employee by withholding relieving the latter? kindly provide suggestions on what can i do?

This is wrong HR practice. Whether it is voluntarily or in-voluntarily resignation has nothing do with the release letter.

If there is no other issue with you, the organization should issue you release letter. Send one mail to the top most person of the organization stating that you have resigned and released from the services of the organization in a particular date. Request him to issue the release letter.

Dear Nanu Sir,
Thank you for your response.
I am just in contact with Zonal HR or HO (HR) Team. But he has a case on two Things.
1. Company does not give relieving letter to those employees who resign before 1 year. But the employees who resigned before me, who have been given the relieving letter on my own.

2. But the zonal HR team later said that I have been involuntarily resigned, so I cannot get the relieving letter. I have also mailed to every team but they are sending again and again no one's certificate which is different from relieving Latter.

Should I inform about this to the high level manager of my department in the company or the CEO? Will he agree to help me?

Yes, you should inform at highest level of the Organization i.e CEO immediately. I have already at my first post it has been mentioned.
