Salary may not ALWAYS be the biggest reason.
Lack of Manager-Employee or Employee-Employee relationships,
Lack of work appreciation and being undervalued are also major factors.
Consequently, there comes abrupt employee resignations or abscondings.
Does working from home or a hybrid work culture resolve this or increase this?
