I left my first company site at 5 th September. I was on leave from 5th to 30th September. On 24th September, they called me & told postpone your joining because there were covid cases on site. Now I join the next company on 1st October. And then resigned my first company at 11th October. After that my first company provide me a full & final settlement page when they mentioned my site left date as 5 th September. But date of registration is mentioned as 11 th October. My PF statement & bank statement also show that My last working day is 5th September.
So as because they wrote my resignation date is 11 October, my next employer will it consider as dual employment. Will it create a issue in background verification? (That was in peak covid time. The train was not running properly. They also told me via phone call that come to the site and provide a hard copy resignation. I was then 10 month of experience. No idea about document issue. Now I am going to join an MNC. So after watching late resignation by 11 days will it create issues? According to pF & bank statement, it's not overlapping.

I am not sure how you are expecting members of this forum to guess how the HR manager of a company they know nothing about, will think.
But if the relieving letter says you worked only till sept 5, then that is what should matter to the employer.
It is best you reveal everything to the HR of the new company at the beginning and ask them what you should do
