Hi,

I resigned my job and there was 3 months notice period.
After serving 21/2 months, my company promised me that they will change my shift timings to day if I revoke my resignation.
So I revoked my paper.( I was having best offer in my hand at this time and i rejected that offer because of this fake promise given by my company)
There was an opening on day shift but still they didn't moved me instead they told me to convince any person and so they can move me to that shift. Also I have waited for 2 months and I completely lost hope.
I again resigned, they are now telling me to serve another 3 months of notice.

Basically I think, they are giving fake promises to make a senior person in the company to stay untill a junior can handle.

What should I need to do. Please suggest.

Hi,

This is Act of exploiting... At the time of cancelling your resignation you should have wrote " cancelling my resignation based on the assurance of employer for permanent shift change". You can talk to HR and explain politely that asking again 3 months notice is not right.

HR was also telling that whatever I am asking is right.
But my head manager is not allowing. Don't know what to do.

While revoking my notice, i have mentioned as below.

"As you promised that you will give me that shift, I am revoking my paper.

Hi,

You may file a complaint your jurisdiction Labour Officer. But Company will also defend and they might come against with false allegation also. You can talk to your reporting Manager and request for amicable solution.
