Is it Fixed Basic? Is it Earned Basic for that particular month?
Second Q: If any worker (i.e. daily wages Paid Worker) salary For. Eg. 665/- per day...then Rs.665x26=Rs.17,290/-, So in this case, while registration of new UAN for this worker, what EPF salary is to be mentioned of EPF Portal?

The employees' notional wages, ie, the salary/ wages that the employee would be earning had he worked for the entire month should be mentioned as salary at the time of joining EPF. This will decide whether the employee will become a member or not. As such those who were not a member of the EPF with their earlier organization(s) and get a salary of more than Rs 15000 from your organization MAY be excluded from the coverage of EPF.
