Hi I was working in one micro finance company and due to some reasons I resigned from the job and didn't serve the notice period for last 10 days for which company has absconded me and for this reason am not getting job in any other financial services. Well I mailed my HR regarding this and I said m ready to do the notice period or pay the basic salary amount to get the relieving letter still no response from the company kindly help me out am not getting job anywhere. Please help me

If the employer had already terminated your services they will not consider your request for serving notice period. However what you can do is go and meet your HR express your apology and explain that you are willing to pay in lieu of notice period. If they accept, pay and get the relieving letter.
By any chance if the above didn't work out you need to explain your new employer about your situation and request for job without relieving letter. some Companies will consider. But mostly Finance Companies will give more importance for proper relieving as your role is deal with money and absconding without information they will see in other way.

It is a matter of regret that youngsters make knee-jerk decisions and never think of implications. They simply vanish without leaving the organisation in a proper manner. I can call them too selfish. Have you ever imagined how much the organisation will suffer because of your decision. They will have one hand short to carry out their role as a service provider to a number of customers. How much of time and effort they have to put in to replace the vacancy. Are you aware ? Dont be too selfish and think about others too. You have to pay the price for your actions my dear friend.
