Dear Sir, I am working in the security industry, one support required.

If I do not give a weekly off on the 7th day and extend the week off till the 10th day also next week off arrange on the 14th day.

Is this complaint and required any notification on the same?

As per Factories act it is absolutely right under SEC-52 of the Act. One notice is to be send to factory directorate while application of Sec-52 or 53 and also to be displayed in notice board.
