I resigned on the 12th of August, and the company released me on the 15th of August by holding 2 months’ incentive and 15 days' salary.
Am I entitled to receive incentives, leave encashment, and the remaining 15 days' salary within 45 days of leaving the company since I left on the 15th? They did not request any notice period to be served, and I am now without a job.

Hi,
You are eligible for your dues. Though you resigned voluntarily, you were relieved by the company within 3 days from the date of resignation. So, you can ask for dues and also demand notice period payment. Check your appointment order for the notice period clause. If either party is required to give 30 days' notice, then your company is liable to pay the balance days of the notice period salary as well, apart from other dues.
