Hello Everyone,

Employee is under a two-year Contract (Sign on Letterhead), and he wishes to resign in the middle of the period. Because of an emergency, he got his Service Bonus in the 12th month of his service, but he won't actually get it until the 18th month. Now he requests a letter of Relieving and experience, as well as his current month's salary. According to his statement, he will serve a three-month notice period as a permanent employee. Need input from everyone on this.

A service bond is valid only if you have provided specific training and the cost of the training is recoverable if the person leaves before the expiry of the period. It does not actually stop the employee from leaving but gives the company right to recover the specified training cost.

However, most companies will refuse to accept the resignation, and will not give the salary or relieving / experience letter.
However, having an employee who knows you are going to refuse to cooperate is not someone who should be working for another 3 months in your organisation as he can (and probably will) create a problem for you.

How do the different types of essay formats affect its structure?

Research papers and essays that are assigned as part of the curriculum at your school, college, or university are usually written according to a specific format adopted by that particular institution. This is why there are various essay formats that are used to establish a pattern for citations and references, as well as for the overall structure and layout of the paper. The various formats and styles commonly used in humanities and liberal arts disciplines are the APA (American Psychological Association) or MLA (Modern Language Association) format. Examples can be found at https://studyessay.org/.
Knowing the specific rules for organizing your paper according to one or the other format shows the maturity of your research paper writing skills. There are many nuances of how to follow the different essay formats, but usually it concerns the overall structure of the paper, citation, and organization of references. For example, the MLA format requires 1-inch margins, 12 Times New Roman or Arial fonts, and double spacing. As for in-text citations and the list of references, there is a strict set of rules that you follow in the process of drawing up all possible sources used in the essay.
