Could anyone help me with the maternity leave policy in Telangana State for a Private sector organisation? Are any specific legal terms for no. of paid leaves for an employee who joined in a month?

You should just follow the requirements of the Maternity Benefit Act. However, you can add more favourable terms if you wish. Please provide more details if you want people to help you
