Bank account rejected in PF - due to name mismatch with bank records

I got my bank account rejected in PF due to name mismatch with bank records. Added one new bank details which has the same name as in the PF records. But, I marked exit for the previous employer and now I have no employer to approve my new bank account. Please suggest.

You are Currently Not Working? if You are not working any were then your employer authorized to approve your bank KYC ( because the employer is your current employer not previous employer)

It is a technical back end problem from EPFO Deptt., with the objection of due to name mismatch, However to resolve this problem as of now please change your bank account, & add a new bank account instead of old one.
