It's urgent, I am a CS engineering pass-out for 2022. After college, I have been waiting for Wipro's onboarding and since the IT companies are going down these days, it is delayed again. I got an offer from HCL, but I want to go for Wipro. If I somehow, get into HCL, and Wipro's onboarding comes. Can I go directly into Wipro without serving the notice period of 3 months? I am scared as my family has a huge loan and I have to be responsible and not sit in my house, right now.
Please help me I don't have much time, left.

Every decision shall involve an element of risk. Your decision, whether to join HCL or wait for Wipro, has an element of risk. If you are ready to borne that risk you can take a decision. You can directly approach the Wipro and ask for the status and if required mail them of your situation and get a conformation from them. After joining HCL or any company, running away and joining your dream company is wrong and even if you are ready to serve notice period of three months which is a long period as far as a company (Wipro) is concerned about a fresher.
