There is nothing called Karnataka Bonus Act 1965. It is Payment of Bonus Act 1965 ( Central Act). There may be any Bonus rule for Karnataka. I have no idea.
Bonus should be paid as per PB Act , 1965 considering Available surplus, allocable surplus, Set On & Set Off.
I would request to read the PB Act once to understand about the law.
