Hi, I have to frame the medical insurance policy for the employees of our company. Our coverage limit is 2lac/per family. Sum insured - INR 2lakh/per employee. Please help me to draft it.

Whether all employees are eligible or only confirmed employees.
Coverage limit per employee
coverage applicable only for the employee or family of employee
For Unmarried employees includes Father and Mother
For married employees spouse and two children or three children
Zero waiting period which means from day 1 coverage
whether individual cover or floater cover.
Disease wise sublimit if any
Claiming options : Cashless / reimbursement options
Brief about network/non network hospitals
Per day bed /ICU charges upper limit.
In case of resignation in the middle of policy tenure employee cannot avail the benefit
