One charitable trust provides medical facility tribal area and 250 employee work there all employees part-time work with the charitable trust after all employees work another activity there. My question is all employee pf is applicable?

More details are required but it can be said that there is no exemption from PF Act for being a charitable organisation or that the employees are working on a part-time basis. This is a complex question and would require the factual position to be considered alongwith the legal interpretation.
