I am currently service notice of 3 months and have completed 1 month of notice. My employer has seemingly deducted 65% of my salary of last month (which he has done to recover the appraisal that was done 3 months back as they have added a recovery of appraisal clause in the HR policy if an employee resigns within 6 months of approval). The thing is I do not want to serve a pending 2 months notice period now. How can I proceed? My appointment letter states I have to give 3 months' notice, it does not have in lieu of clause for me but only for the employer. Also, I am on a project whose certification will start in the next two weeks. Please advise how to proceed
