Namaskar, Pl. guide how do i claim for PF that was not deducted by employer, As I resigned from the company One and a Half years back. (that time more than 10 employees are working in regd. office and approx 30 people are working on manufacturing plant in another state) comp. name/ownership are the same.
Is there any procedure to claim that PF?

Hi, You cannot claim a PF which is not deducted. I presume Employer paid you full salary without deductions. Why are you raising this question after a lapse of 1.5 years leaving the Company.

Respected Sir, V.M.Lakshminarayanan
The case for a gratuity claim is ongoing, and one of the clerks in the labor office asked to file a grievance through https://epfigms.gov.in/.
as it was (PF) mentioned in my appointment letter. Just to confirm, in case.
