Forcefully left the organization due a Lady who is working as a trainer called BRUNDA said that I was not giving my 100% after the joining of 23 days.

And I asked the organization to pay the days I have given they said I was in prohibition period and the notice period was 15 days and I left the job without submitting the notice period they will not pay.

Just want a clarification if the trainer did not provide proper training and I some how managed to work by giving my 100% and suddenly she shows up and says that I'm not giving my 100% which get on my nerve and I forcefully give my spot resign through mail and mentioned it was because of that Lady and no one bother to talk to her and keep her in organization and let me go so I just want to know how the Lady is correct make her make her continued to work and let me go without paying the days I have given to organization.

These are the whims of the Trainer and equally that of the management. You may console yourself that you are a loser of only 23 days' salary, although you may represent for the remaining 8 days after deducting the notice period which cannot be lawfully denied to you at any rate. The question as to whether you had given 100% or not is a subjective opinion that could vary with perception.
So at any rate, you can object to the deduction of the whole salary and demand its payment, at least for 8 days which is not disputed.

Your action has been too hasty. It has been a reaction than an action. The trainer is entitled have his/her own assessment of the trainee. May be it is too subjective.

But it is the fact of life that such difference of perceptions is a fact of life as well in all the professions, even in one's own life. Living with such situations is what constitutes life's experiences.
