Every organisation is different, so there is no one document for every company.

None of us work for YOUR organisation so we have no idea about the way your company operates, it's rules, policies, etc etc.

Compile a list of the important things you think a new recruit needs to know right off the bat, and then flesh that out into a simple, easy to read document. Do not forget to add names and telephone numbers of the relevant people they need to speak to when they have questions or issues.

This does not need to be a complex document. Keep it very simple. New recruits have enough to contend with joining a new organisation and finding their way. Overwhelming them with information at the start is not the way forward.
