Hi all myself has recently joined a growing it company as an onboarding hr. we do have good practices to onboard the resoucres. as common practices we have bg check premedical tests etc which has some challenges too. the thing now is i would like to delight the new joiners in a much bigger way. how can i interact with them to give a pleasant feel? would like to make their joining experience really a memorable one... can i get some suggestions on this? thanks

Joining bonus recovery - count 12 months till the date of resignation or the last working day?
Hi i moved out of an organization on 28th july 23 after serving 3 months notice period. i joined the organization on 5th july 22. i have worked here for more than 12 months including notice period. i had received a joining bonus of 1 lac during joining on the condition that i should not have left the company within 12 months. could you please suggest they would count 12 months till the date of resignation or the last working day? i saw a remark from the account team that they would recover the joining bonus from me.
Company not disclosing leave policies until after 9 months of joining
Hi i shifted from delhi to bengaluru to take up an employment in an it company. before joining i questioned the company as to what are the leave and other relevant policies of the company so that i can take an informed decision to join the company. but the company said that it can only disclose the same after joining. after 9 months of joining company is now disclosing that it has sandwich leave policy with which i do not agree. not only this the company mentioned 3 months notice period in the initial offer which i denied and the company agreed to have a notice period of 2 months and said that it will give the same in writing upon joining. now i shifted from delhi to bengaluru with my family and the company gave me an appointment letter with 3 months notice period as they were aware of that there is no option to go back to the previous employment. in such scenario what are my legal rights against such fraudulent company who misrepresent or hide the important facts in order to get employees. i would really appreciate if someone can reply to this with legal references.
