I need to draft an email communication to employees to inform them about their revised salary structure.
we have done the changes in their structure because of ESIC.
Our HR team has given wrong structure to them, this will not change their ctc
Even though there will not be any change in employee's CTC if you are shuffling the salary components it is advisable to issue a revised salary structure to all concerned employees and get their signature. General email communication won't be sufficient as the revised salary structure would form part of their personal file.
