I have seen many posts on how to prepare HR manual and i would like to start one for myself too.
I have made policies for a small organization before and have recently joined a growing organization where i have the responsibility to prepare HR manual and policies.
The firm is a proprietorship firm and is in the process to become a private limited this year.
I would like your help in preparing the HR manual.
