Hi, good day! I am currently working and living in Dubai, UAE. I wrote a letter to my employer asking for an employment verification letter or salary certificate for a visa application for Malta for an extended stay visa (work). However, we got denied, and my question is: is an employment verification letter or salary certificate my right? If not, what should I do now? Please help!

Is an Employment Verification Letter Your Right?

You can request an experience letter when you leave the organization. However, there is no right to ask for it while you are still employed. Why would the employer assist you in leaving them to go elsewhere? If you had approached the HR head personally, perhaps they would have considered it. But writing the letter, I don't think will ever work.
