Dear HR Colleagues, I recently hired an Executive in HR but after 2 months has issues with poor communication, especially in emails, and has a non-proactive approach - I'vehad sessions to work on the lack or need for any training but this behavior is seen regularly - which for me as a Manager frustrates me. What is the way forward?
