Respected sir, Is there any rule in the Act that Central Govt. Stake more than 51% in a Company will have to take registration under CLRA Act from ALC, central authorities? Earlier we have taken registration from State Govt. as we were 49% stake of Central Govt. Pl.advice. I am not finding in the Act.

I understand that yours is a public sector unit. The appropriate authority for any industrial dispute is Central Government and therefore under CLRA also the appropriate authority is central.
